Vanmoof S3 - anyone have one ?

Thinking of a Vanmoof S3
Love the look of it and as a beginner of bikes again though it would be a good choice of bike.

However I’ve noticed a few comments of problems but when I go off to find the issues can seem to pick anything up in google seaches.

Has anyone here got one ? How’s it been.

I’m looking to buy in the spring and hoeing the offer different colours as I’m not in to matt colours.

I had one from an auction lot last year, it was an early model but it was bloody heavy. The integrated lock and headlights are pretty cool though, plus it has racks for everything you can load on to it.

Found a Vanmoof owners group on Facebook VANMOOF (ING)

It makes for horrendous reading. I think it’s out me off for a while.

Apologies for the thread resurrection, and have read the larger electric bike thread. But has anyone got any positive reviews of one of these? I rode one, and whilst heavy, I loved the ride and the features.

I never had the bottle to buy one after readying the owners site.
They are plagued with issues and would require being shipped back to Holland or a trip to London.

Even getting spare parts seemed to be an issue.

It’s a real shame as I really wanted one.
