FulGaz being a pain in the rear!
Discussion
I've been using FulGaz with a Kickr Core for a few months without issue. I use the Bluetooth connection between the turbo and the laptop and I've never had a single issue, until now.
I also use my Bluetooth earbuds to listen to music using Windows Media Player and also my Garmin 810 is used to connect to the turbo via ANT+ all whilst using FulGaz. Again, never been an issue and even using FulGaz without both the Garmin and earbuds makes no difference in fixing the problem.
The issue is that between 1 and 3 minutes or so into a ride the video stops dead. The signal is still there from the Kickr to Fulgaz as my power/speed etc is still displayed and dynamic on the screen, i.e. if I reduce power then the screen reflects, however the video stops dead. It's not at the same point either.
I tether my phone to the laptop to connect to the internet and it's more than quick enough. I've put the phone next to the laptop but that makes no odds.
I've reduced the video quality and that makes no difference.
I've stopped using my Bluetooth earbuds and the Garmin too, and that makes no odds. According to FulGaz wireless earbuds can cause an issue although I've never had a problem before.
Never before have I had an issue and I've eliminated anything which I think might be the cause of the videos stopping. I'm getting properly frustrated at it and the only thing I can think that might have caused it is a Windows update performed a few days ago.
Rouvy works great on the same internet connection, and whilst using the Garmin 810 and Wireless earbuds. But I much prefer FulGaz - the videos are much better - some of Rouvy's look like they've been filmed on a motorbike so aren't realistic when played back at 5mph on a climb.
Anyone any ideas? I've paid for 12 months of FulGaz so keen to fix it!

Have you tried downloading a ride rather than streaming it before riding it it reads like you are streaming the rides. I don't use the Windows version but have had some strange results streaming on ATV now I download all rides before I do them and have no issues.
There is a beta version of V4.0 for Windows too not sure if you have tried that too.

I used to stream in the earlier days of using the app, but download all now, does take a bit of spontaneity out of it but do have a large library on the NAS.
I would try a download then you do rule out the whole bluetooth / ant+ issue for the drop.
The annoying thing is I don't think it's Bluetooth dropping as my power/cadance etc is still shown on the screen whilst the video suddenly stops dead.I would try a download then you do rule out the whole bluetooth / ant+ issue for the drop.
Will try and download the new version. Otherwise I'm stuck with Rouvy.
About 6 or 7 months back I did have a couple rides that did have video stop issues and all else kept going, turned out to be the videos I'd downloaded had some corruption and downloaded again and all good.
Done over 4100 miles on FulGaz in just over 2 years with relatively few issues using Apple TV.
Hope you get it sorted as it's a great App and the new stuff in V4.0 looks good too.

Group ride ability is the main one you can ride against others in real-time (which I appreciate is a main stay of Zwift) but new to FulGaz, and in events it will show you riders on route at same time.
Updated cycle computer options
More customisation on HUD like remove segments pop up.

I occasionally use FG for the events that they run with RAAM / Revolve. I always download videos - no reason for it to delay your ride, just set it to download while you go and fill your water bottles etc and it'll be done by the time you're ready.
There was definitely a bug in V3 that I encountered during VRAW, whereby freewheeling down a hill and coming to a stop would freeze the video - but in that version it was possible to pause and then play the video again, and it would whiz back to where you actually were on the circuit. V4 doesn't seem to allow that.
Not related to the video but curious to know why you use the Garmin as well?
