Hi All,

Does anyone ride a Fuji roadbike?? I would love one but they don't seem very common.

Are they seen as a 'low end' brand??

cheers

I don’t own one but last road bike I hired was a Fuji, earlier this year. I forget the model bit would say it was their sport/climber rather than aero or endurance frame. Carbon with non-di2 ultegra.

It was fine but didn’t seem anything special. Have hired a TCR and a Madone in the past and preferred those. But I expect this is all psychological for me. Hopefully someone else on here with more helpful experience than I can offer.

I've got 2!

Road bike is a Transonic 2.7

MTB is a Tahoe 1.1 Elite

There is a local sports shop to me that often has some good deals that have been hard to miss.

I'm by no means a brand snob, but was sceptical about Fuji initially but I absolutely adore both these bikes.

I'm riding the transonic now on a regular basis (800km a month) and it's a great. It's full carbon so pretty lightweight, comfortable, 105 components and looks good too (subjective of course). I paid just over £700 for it new and for me at least that represents great value.

The MTB is great too, again using a variety of good parts. This cost me less than £350, again new.

For me these are the perfect match for me at the moment.
