Hi All,

With the Wales lock downs in full effect, BPW are now closed. Although the position on restrictions is reviewed every 2 weeks, I am sceptical that this will change also given that our booking is for 24/25 Oct.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of trail centers/bike parks etc to visit as an alternative? Revolution and Afan have been suggested so open to opinions on those or anything else that is suitable.

We are located in West Sussex so don't mind a bit of a drive.

Over to you guys!

If Afan is still open you can easily spend the day there, It’s obviously more singletrack than BPW but I really enjoy it. I’d expect Neath/Port Talbot to lockdown soon though as Bridgend and Maesteg (neighbouring county) are already locked down.

Is Coed Y Brenin still open?

We're supposed to be there next weekend.

I’d be looking as far from Wales as possible at the moment!

bmcc, fod, 417 are all in that sort of area & more bpw'ish
A pedally trailcentre like cwmcarn, afan etc is a different experience, depends what you want.

Dyfi, Antur Stiniog, Revo, 417, Afan, FOD would be the main ones. FOD has had loads of work done and has more riding than you could do in a day. Dyfi has had 2 nice red trails added which makes it somewhere i now really want to go to, was way beyond my capabilities before

Cannock is good but not on the same level as BPW
