Garmin Speed and Cadence Sensor 2

Good Afternoon All

Ive just been given the above as a present and im just wondering if its possible somehow to use these with my turbo trainer in the winter. I have a tacx Bushido ironman trainer with Ant+ but not bluetooth. Could i conceivably use this trainer in conjunction with these sensors for Zwift?/

Also, what is the general experience with these sensors over say ones off aliexpress.
