Missing rear spoke - Aksiums have been awful.
Discussion
I wouldn’t ride it again any distance until you have replaced the spoke.
You run the risk of the rear going massively out of true and other spokes breaking.
When spokes break on my bikes I take the wheel out, tyre off, rim tape off, then remove a matching spoke, take this to the bike shop and match with one from their selection.
I don’t know if this is possible with the Aksiums- do they have anything proprietary? Others will know.
Also, it’s tricky to retrue the wheel without brake blocks to check. Maybe a job for the bike shop.

I’ve always found Aksiums heavy but long lasting. Spokes rusted in over time, so became unable to adjust, but ok for not much money.
Same here. Ran a set from 2008-2013 and in that time they never needed straightening or spoke replacement - only had to bin them because the brake track was worn. With regards to riding on a broken wheel, I wouldn't. I broke my arm during a very low speed crash; cyclists are vulnerable even when not going very fast.
I've had mine in the bike shop today and had them tightened. Need to get the bike out to see if it has fixed the problem. Failing that will probably put some electrical tape on the spokes to stop the annoying sound until I can send them back to Mavic in France (have been told it takes 2 weeks!)
