Morecambe Bay Cycle route

Has anyone done the Morecambe Bay cycle route from Glasson Dock to Barrow and back again ? Planning it with a mate for early September and want to get it onto the Garmin without having to plot the whole thing........ I can find odd Strava routes in reverse so I could star one, but nothing that does south to north................ Is there a way of starring someone's else's route and reversing it maybe ?
