Gravel bike custom build - what you guys think?

Hi, I'm just after some opinions on this build please as I know very little about bikes...
On the recommendation of a couple of guys on here I went for a "bike fit". Very impressed with the process of a proper bike fit, so thanks for the recommendation!
Anyway, I've just had this spec below emailed to me.
Enigma Escape Frameset
Shimano RS700 r Hand gear lever

ps - I have a childhood hip issue hence a couple of options might of been spec'd specifically to compensate for some loss of movement in my hips.
