Help! I have a Canyon Ultimate with 6770 10 speed Di2. In the last year i have been needing to charge the battery every week to avoid the risk of a flat battery as frequently i would plan to go for a ride and find the battery was flat.. I finally got round to replacing the battery last week (at great expense), updated the firmware and went to go for a ride ...FLAT BATTERY!!
I am thinking I must have a battery drain issue. The battery and cables are internal. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

When the bike is stored, are you sure there’s no way the buttons or levers are being pushed to the point they activate the system? This is a great way to end up with a flat battery.

A while ago I saw a derailleur for sale which had a power drain issue, so it may be something internal possibly.

This page has some tips on diagnosing issues - updating the firmware is definitely the first thing to try. (edit: oh you tried that)

If it drained in a week then it should be fairly quick to find the problem by elimination - just fully charge the battery now and then unplug both derailleurs and check the charge tomorrow. Then unplug the shifters, if it's none of those then it'll be a junction box or wire. If it is either then unplug the shifters or derailleur separately to find which.

Derailleur limits maybe? if one of the limit screws isn't letting the derailleur shift properly the motor will be pushing the whole time - can be front or rear, maybe took a knock somewhere - worth a look - sometimes if you get close you can hear it when it changes.
