so sadly a few weeks back popped into wicks and being a good citizen locked my and my daughters bike up in the cycle rack in the car park not outside the store. I made the mistake of using steal cable through the frame and D lock to the rack. 10 mins later its gone but they left my daughters frog bike so not all bad.

Now I need a new MTB but I am not wanting to spend a fortune.

This fits the bill £700 hard tail with single ring. Is there any reason I should not go for this an pick say a specialised rockhopper at same price point

Thanks

That’s a great bike for the money. Decathlon’s warrantys are great as well.

Thanks all that makes the decision easy and I was aware of the voodo bike also so will come down to stock as I am not a huge mtb fan but been doing a bike with friends since lock down an my decathlon hybrid getting pinched just inspires me to crack on and get a new bike but not spends 1000 plus on features I won't benefit form
