I am looking at selling my Brompton and upgrading to a road bike, - budget £2500.

Want road - not gravel. Want discs and carbon.
What would you buy for that money? I've seen a Pinarello Gan (second hand) and a Razha (new) for that money.

Just curious- would it not make sense to also keep the Brompton?? They're very different bikes for very different purposes.

What are your priorities?

What sort of riding will you be doing?

What size bike, what height are you?

Is there anything it must have apart from carbon and discs?

You're getting Shimano 105 or maybe ultegra at that price, they're all pretty good.

I'd recommend talking to your local bike shop, they might have offers or advice. At your price it's all down to individual feel (and look) and you can test ride from them.

If you want discount there's sites like this: - https://bikesy.co.uk/tag/road+bikes/
