Bought some bib shorts, base layer and a jersey from Wiggle, all DHB branded. Used the size guide and although I'm a medium in 'normal' clothes, 32-34 waist, the size guide says large for all my measurements. Fine, ordered everything in large.

Shorts are perfect, base layer is snug but presumably supposed to be, all good, but jersey is absolutely ridiculous. Could barely zip it up round my chest and not a chance I'm leaving the house looking like that laugh

Have I just got unlucky or is cycling sizing really that out of whack with everyday clothes? The idea of ordering XL clothes for me is hilarious, even a lot of medium 'normal' tops/t-shirts on me can be too baggy for my liking. It was from their 'Aeron' range, I don't know if these are even less generous than their normal range?

My chest is 40" and they say that Medium is 38 1/2 - 40 and Large 40 1/4 - 41 1/2, so I erred on the side of caution. Lucky I didn't get the medium!

Bit peeved at the fact that I'll be expected to front up for the return postage too on a £60 jersey that definitely doesn't fit in accordance with their sizing guide, but I'll try and have that conversation with them!

Wiggle do free returns I think? I've had to return a couple of bits before and it's been very easy, just print off the return label and drop it off at a shop.

Only free if you return to Asda which I'd rather not do right now - still queues of up to an hour to get into our ASDA!

Their jerseys seem to be totally random sizing. I got some autumn ones in XL which I thought were decent so I then ordered the summer equivalent and experienced the same as you. Tiny.
As for the return, didn't you get a return label with your order?

That's annoying. Was hoping to find a brand where sizing was reliable and I knew what I was going to get.

On the online account you can request a return and it's free at ASDA, other methods are £2.95.

Well that's a change for the worse. From memory they used collect+ before so it was just a matter of dropping it at the local shop.

Yeah Collect+ is still an option but they want £2.95 for the privilege

Hmm, that’s weird OP.

My chest measures 37/38” and one of their Aeron jerseys in a size small fits me nicely. It’s snug but that’s sort of the point of their Aeron stuff.
