Does anyone know anything about paint schemes

I’ve been given the following number as a reference for the colour blue my Gios Torino was painted in but I can find nothing it relates to with any paint factors. I just wondered if anyone can shed any light

The number is 24-19200

Yes Keith that looks like the colour, how do I get that into a form I can get a touch up made

Best bet would be to speak to a paintshop I'd have thought - someone like FatCreations perhaps.
