Lynskey frames are well regarded but Ti frames have a tendancy to crack at the welds. I had a Kinesis GF Ti a few years ago as it was an itch I wanted to scratch but I sold it after 18 months because I couldnt get on with the sizing. The chap that bought it rode it for 6 months and then it developed a crack in one of the welds. It was out of warranty so he either paid for it to be repaired or weighed it in.

Loved the look of the bike but the sizing issues are plain for all to see.

Not sure tbh but from what I remember reading at the time the material/methods used to weld the joins on Ti bike need to be done differently because the weld can break down and fail over time.
