The boys have pretty much outgrown their Islabikes Beinn 20s. They have been great, nice and light and well made.

Any recommendations for next bikes? They are coming up for 9. Suspect 24” wheels most likely.

We've just bought my tall 8 year old a squish 26 inch bike. Comes in two frames sizes, we went for the larger 15inch. Slightly cheaper than a frog which had been discounted by my daughter as she thinks they are bikes for children as she has had one already.

The squish is a hybrid but copes with wood trails easily. We bought the Matt black which looks very grown up. Very light, lighter than the smaller Frog 55 it replaced.

There is an mtb disc version but is more money and fork seemed basic and heavy.

Looks like a nice bike, thanks. The Frog looks quite heavy in comparison but hard to tell without getting hold of one really. Some good deals on Specialized Hotrock 24s if stock reappears.
