Recommend me a tyre please

Currently riding a Carrera Crossfire Hybrid. Mainly ride tarmac but occasional gravel paths & towpaths. It is currently running Kenda 700c x 42. I now need new tyres & confused by the vast range available.
Looking possibly for a 38-40 rather than the 42 to get easier rolling resistance. Also hate punctures (don't we all).
The Kenda Alluvium pro looks good & probably an ideal tread pattern for my use.
Fair weather cyclist so spring-autumn use only. Also not massive miles as using it to get fit.

Thanks for that, they look good so 2 x 38mm x 700C ordered today.
