Brompton hire bikes for NHS key workers

I like Brompton. It is a good company and Will Butler-Adams is a good lad.
Whilst the business takes a hammering along with the rest of us from Covid19, it is aiming to turn out 1,000 bikes to make available to NHS staff that want them.
During the pandemic there will be no charge for the bikes and afterwards the bikes will continue to be used by NHS people for a nominal £1 per hire fee.
There is a crowd funder to enable contributors to help towards the cost. If it isn't possible to spend all the crowdfund money on building bikes (the component supply chains are up the spout as well of course), the balance will go to NHS charitable trusts
