Arrrgh cracked rim!!

I've just found I've cracked the rim on my Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbons, does anyone know if this will likely be covered by the Mavic Warranty?

Depends how old the wheel is. Have you checked warranty terms on Mavic website?

I think they're in, their site says "say all wheels model 2016 and newer" are still covered, but also contradict that by saying that it's a three year warranty.

I bought these wheels in Feb 2017 but didn't get the frame until late March that year!

So just wondering whether a cracked rim is usually a warranty claim and if so what Mavic are like as a company to claim from/work with given their site!

2yrs, third year is by registering.

If you registered then submit a claim via their website.

Sod it, didn't register them on the Mavic site when I bought then, I'll still go through the process and see how I get on.

(I have the fall back position of claiming on my insurance and they've already said accidental damage is covered, we'll process the claim.)
