Northwave SLW2 lace jammed closed...

Had an off this evening and it seems to have resulted in a jammed boot. It probably took a bang and ended up dragged through some dirt, although both the bike and me are fine.

I can't open it, other than by repeatedly pressing the ratchet and turning the wheel.

Is it likely to be full of muck or properly buggered? Anyone been here before?

They do fill up with crap, I let them dry out, then waggle the ratchet lever backwards and forwards to displace the muck.

Repair kits are available pretty cheap if that fails.

Thanks, flushed it with plenty hot water and it's working again.
