Decided I need to get back into cycling but with my work and family schedule, doing the 10 mile commute on the bike makes most sense.

Problem is I have alot of meetings at work these days, they often start 9am, often these meetings are back to back at different sites, so the idea of arriving at work sweaty and than getting more sweaty as the day goes on is a no go.

I've seen the Gocycles which might be an ideal solution, the electric assistance should get me to work and around not so sweaty and on the way home I can use mainly my legs to build up the fitness again.

My budget is flexible and don't mind spending the asking price even for the G3, BUT I cannot decide if I want the GX which is foldable which will mean I can potential put it in my office - under the desk, even take it into meeting rooms, or a fixed frame GS/G3. We do have 'secure' bike locks at work, and I can leave a 15mm+ chain lock at work to up security on a fixed frame version which realistically will be stored not indoors.

Security is my main concern, don't fancy spending so much on a bike for it to go walkies.

TBH 3.5k seems excessive.
The electric Brompton would be ideal

Am not too bothered about the cost, its a treat to my self for doing well at work/progressing my career.

Am trying more to get an idea of what would be a more secure way to store a bike that expensive. Folding would be better/easier but you always loss some rigidity. However given I worry abit about my current £80 bike been left outside at work, anything costing as much as the Gocycle would have me worried all the time!!

What do Brompton owners do? They aren't exactly cheap and quite recognizable for theft. Locked outside with motorbike chains or lugged around indoors to hide away in an office/meeting room?
