Vanilla Bikes shop?

Anyone used them?

They have some parts I need at a good price, but looking online they only open two days a week. Google maps confirms the shop actually exists, but I wanted to check they are genuine before placing any orders.

Heard of them, haven't used them. I assume their shop footfall Sat-Wed makes it more profitable to work on the online business, or go out for a ride. Company is established for 10 years. Use a credit card and you have nothing to lose but your time?

Bought lots from them,one time parcel not delivered called them and they re sent the items.
Seems a small independent outfit but good service.

Thanks, I'm happy to use a small independent bike shop, which perhaps explains why they aren't open every day.

I use them online a lot, quite a narrow product range but always good pricing and service from what I do get from them.

Cassette arrived today, quick delivery and were the best price by quite a few £££. Would happily use them again.

Mate at work bought a new groupset through them. He spoke very highly of them. Good prices and very good, honest, advice. For example they said there was no point in buying the brakes with the groupset as they weren't any better than the ones he already had.
