Orange Surge

Hi

Currently ride an Orange 5 Pro 29er, and looking at upgrading to an Orange Surge.

A mate has a Specialized Turbo Levo, which he rates highly, and is more than £2k cheaper than the Surge.

Q1 - I know Orange are well built, but are they worth the £2k difference

Q2 - Anyone got experience of moving from a 5 to a Surge, similar handling or do you notice the extra weight?

I ve had 2 Orange 5s over 15 years.
Current one with a 160mm fork

Moveing to a YT Decoy or Propain Ekano

Had a quick ride on the YT and seams perfect evolution of the orange

Obviously a bigger bike... But you have the motor to help on the ups
