Thru axle not coming out

Recent new bike. Done about 100 miles
Have some new tyres to fit but can't get rear axle out. It unscrews and pull through so far but then gets stuck as it is 3/4 out. I've given it a light tap but it's pretty tight.
Didn't want the hassle of a trip to shop.
Good job I didn't have a puncture whilst out

Any suggestions?

Sounds like the wheel is moving slightly and causing it to jam. Make sure everything is all aligned. Have you tried 'unscrewing' it when it gets to the point where it's stuck? That can sometimes help.
