Not quite sure what the driver was doing in the last second or so, but aside from that what the fk goes on in the heads of some people!? Total lack of self preservation instinct. I guess what makes me more angry is this just becomes ‘cyclists’.

ETA found it on YT. What a tit! Was he wheelieing while holding a phone and listening to music? OTOH the driver could have avoided it if he'd been paying attention, and why did he turn towards the cyclist after the collision??

Darwinism will sort this lot out hopefully. He’s just lucky he didn’t fall under the trucks wheels and it starting to pull off running him over. Let me guess that would have been the lorry drivers fault for not being able to see under his truck because some moron fell off performing stunts on a busy city centre road.

ugh I nearly took out a kid doing the same thing on Saturday, bunch of 12 year old surrounded the car doing wheelies while I was trying to negotiate a busy one way system, one of them swerved straight across the front of the car from the offside, had to slam the brakes on.

the resultant tirade of abuse I gave the kid ended up with me having an argument with my wife for swearing in front of our kids, typical.

Really stressed me out afterwards how close I was to knocking the kid off, he wasn't wearing a helmet. He could have ended up in hospital or dead, I'd end up in prison... wtf goes through these kids minds.

Yeah I've seen these groups of kids on BMX's/ mountain bikes on a few occasions in London, I had wondered if it was always the same group or if there are multiple groups riding around like this. I'm sure I have seen a group around 50 of them before just doing wheelies all over the place, no care at all towards other members of public.

Maybe I've missed it but the more surprising thing is more haven't been knocked down.
