Thule XT3 tow bar mounted bike carrier
Discussion
I have the XT2, 2 bike version and usually take my e-bike on it. Excellent bit of kit and copes with 27 plus tyres too and 2 ebikes. The fold up is really excellent and what really sets it apart, means I can put it in the boot, or in a small cupboard at home. Not cheap but you'll be very happy

Oh and I bought it from Volvo, much cheaper than elsewhere. It has Volvo branding on the black plastic but is a Thule.

The tilt mechanism works very well too, so you can get into the boot of the car when the bikes are attached.

Here's a review for the XT3. 4/5 rating.Principally because my bike has plus tyres and 27.5 but also the 4th bike option ticks a box.
