Hi bikers.
After a trip to the local bike shop to get my ancient 06 Kona caldera fixed up i came to the realisation it's new bike time.
The bike shop listened to what i needed in a bike. Bit of touring, bit of getting around the city, a bit of cross country. So a bit of an all rounder is what i think i want.
They sell giants, and recommended me this.

What i like is the simplistic components, no sus, tubeless tyres etc.
What i dont like is the spec seems poor, seems to have cup bearing hubs as opposed to cartridge. Is that normal at this price point, i'm very out of touch with price vs spec.
I'd appreciate thoughts on this bike or any alternatives would be great.
