Broken frame buyers?

I have a Giant Cadex 980c frame which is broken; the right rear seat tube stay has come away from the lug. It's a shame as I've only had this for 25 years! I have a new steed now, Cinelli Vetrix with Campag Chorus. I'm now wondering what to do with the old frame. Does anyone buy broken frames? I did get a quote of £125 to fix it, so it CAN be repaired.
