There was (maybe still is) an email address in use of tothetop@wiggle.com which claims to be read by the CEO's team....

I've had problems with my orders from Wiggle in the past but always found their contact to be pretty decent.

I just tried live chat from my PC and joined as number 2 in the queue, seems to be working as normal.

As previous post said above, if you're still having trouble it does appear that email is still active:

I've found Wiggle customer service to be great, previously having returned several times and making warranty type claims without issue.

Try this - support@wiggle.co.uk

I'm surprised, I've found Wiggle to be pretty good to deal with in the very few dealings I've had with their customer support.

There was a similar thread recently, I had to chase them a few times to get a refund on a return (that they had initially missed from my order and I had then asked them not to ship rolleyes )

Something must be going on at Wiggle, although I'm not sure what. However, I was a beneficiary of their issues.

A few weeks ago I was after replacement disc calipers for the commuter. I was only in the market for levers/calipers, although I assume, a website pricing error pre weekend saw me 'save' £300 over anyone else selling a full hydraulic groupset. As cheap as everyone was just selling the levers/calipers. A free couple of BB, as I pointed out I couldn't select the one I wanted on the groupset. That was corrected on the Monday/Tuesday. It had been delivered by then.

Then it got a bit weird. Two hi-viz swim caps, I hadn't ordered/been charged for were delivered. Sent in a contact form, apologies, use/dispose as see fit - a mate does open water swimming, so they found a new home.

Same issue next day, forwarded on previous from/query from day before, we're very sorry, blah, blah, blah. Next day, I got sent a new rear derailleur, which was my last order. Gave up then, before they sent me the contents of their warehouse!

AFAIK they are still paying us (a contractor of theirs).

And no, I don't have a phone number either. rofl
