SRAM chainring replacement
Discussion
My hybrid is desperate for a new outer ring. Currently it has a SRAM GT Via crankset with a compact 48 teeth 104 BCD outer ring fitted. Trying to find a replacement from SRAM or Truvativ is proving to be impossible. Before I bite the bullet and decide to go for a replacement Shimano crankset, does anybody know a good stockist of SRAM parts or a company that makes direct replacements. My impression is SRAM don’t care much for the spares market preferring to sell complete new components. I’ve replaced everything else on the bike to Shimano but wanted to save some pennies if possible. Any help advice greatly appreciated.

Can anyone advise if this would work for me? A bit more than I wanted to pay but I’m getting desperate

Thanks for the suggested links but I’m still drawing a blank.
Is there a reason that all the options offered to you already are not acceptable? Is there a difference between generic 48t 104bcd chainrings and the specific SRAM one? Every one of the chainrings on the SJS Cycles page will fit a 104bcd crank, so why would they not fit yours?Gassing Station | Pedal Powered | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
