Hi there, due to repeated attempts at wheelies, the front suspension on my Crossfire 2 has sprung a leak

The only trouble is, I've not got the first clue about where to get parts for the forks.

It's a Suntour NVX.

Edit:

Sorry for the sideways picture, it certainly wasn't that way when I took it!

Tredz sell Suntour forks so might be able to help with spares, you might find some YouTube videos as well, maybe time to upgrade hehe smile

I'm guessing that wouldn't be an easy repair - in my experience bike shops don't repair forks - they send them back to the manufacturer for a refresh.

Last two I've needed repairing have cost around £150 (Rockshox forks though).

Suntour pride themselves with the fact their products are easily rebuildable with no special tools required even give out discs with maintenance guides on, you tube is full of them too.

Edit: their website has them too srsuntour-cycling.com

Pic doesnt really show much, just apair of forks.
Do they not spring back anymore? Whats the actual problem.
You'll need to find what the actual problem is first.
Basically its a diy job as asking a shop to repair them will cost the price of a new set.

Yep just replace the whole fork.

I recently serviced my Fox forks- by the time I had bought shock oil, a seal set and the socket I needed I'd spent more than 50 quid.
