What BMX for a 10 year old?

Prompted by my eldest sons birthday present being a new bike my youngest has said that he'd like a BMX for his birthday. I'm always happy to get them something other than electronic devices but know nothing about BMX's.

I've looked at my local Halfords as it was the closest place with any BMX's and they had a Voodoo Malice and a mongoose R50. Are these any good or heavy tat sold to people who don't know what they're looking at (like me)?

With a budget of £200 - £250 I'd be grateful for recommendations of what's worth looking at and what to avoid.

He is 10, get the one he likes the look of.
Obviously money isn't a problem. so I would let him choose. He will be soo much happier picking the bike of his dreams.
