tubeless puncture repair
Discussion
The dream is over, my tubeless rear tyre got a puncture yesterday which won't seal as its too big.
I've got a Blackburn tubeless plug kit coming so will see how it goes - anyone have any success with these, or is there a better plug kit to use?
No idea what caused the puncture as I can't see anything in the tyre or on the road where it happened, and was running at 80psi. Just one of those things I guess. Walk of shame was only 2 miles....
Will report back once I've had a go.
(Road bike rather than MTB for reference)

Dynaplug get a good write up:

Never used them, but have been carrying one since going tubeless.

I’ve used a few anchovies kits. Some are better than others. I found that these were the best for sealing a small non sidewall cut.

Unfortunately, I’ve only ever had one cut that was suitable. The others have been tyre Enders.
The sealant is important as well.

This worked well for me last week, when I got a gusher in the rear tyre. It’s got twice the concentration of sealant crystals than are commonly found, and the crystals are larger.

Those anchovy things are great on the trail/road, though repairing at home I've whipped the tyre off and patched it from the inside. Just gives me more peace of mind that it's permanent. A standard inner tube patch would possibly work, but I used some heavier duty tubeless specific patches from Hutchinson.
Apologies if I'm a bit late for this, but another option might be to get some 3mm mushroom patches and vulcanizing cement from ebay and see if they fix it.
Some tyres, including my IRC's, can take a standard inner tube patch on the inside as they have a liner that the patches will stick to. I recently had a 4-5mm cut so decided to use an inner tube patch from a Weldtite motorcycle repair kit as they are a bit bigger and a bit thicker than a standard cycle patch but otherwise stick on in exactly the same way
