Mudguard help

I'm in need of a new rear mudguard for 700x32c hybrid bike. I need something like the one in the picture as don't have mounting holes on the chain stays (sheered bolt off by accident on previous guards)

Can anybody ID the mudguard in the photo? It's on a bike at my workplace but unfortunately don't know the owner to ask and it has no markings.

Resurrecting this thread just in case you're still looking for an answer, those look like Zefal mudguards - probably a slightly older version of the Classic. I've had them on MTB and commuter bikes over the past 20-odd years and whilst they're cheap, they do the job. The rear one does tend to bounce around a little bit, but that's nothing more than a slight annoyance.

I'm not sure if the Zefal mudguards come in a size that would fit a 700x32c - they tend to be 24-26" or 28". These might do the job though: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alpha-Plus-700c-Trail-M...
