Pity it's Rapha.
I'm over 50, don't have a beard, do have a gut; so I don't fit in more ways than one. Oh, and I can't afford their stuff.

If you want custom, there's Impsport:

Has the Rapha stereotype moved on to being a hipster rather than a middle-aged tubby then? Must be a post-Team Sky thing!

I had a look earlier and seems pretty good. I think I’d continue to use NoPinz though.

Not many hipsters in Rutland but see quite a few people in the standard the pink and grey stripey number.

Personally I like some of Ale’s kit but I think CASP is the one brand I really seem to consistently like

it never takes long for the hate to arrive with Rapha does it?

My friend is too tall to drive an NSX despite wanting one - he doesn't say 'Pity it's a Honda' every time he sees something about a CTR. Ah well.

For those who do fit all the stereotypes - Custom has a great interface and some really nice options - I'd be tempted if I had 4 friends...smh

We debating it for club kit I think, expensive, but as long as its in club colours I can get over the wk image they have, as I don't doubt the stuff is good quality.

I organised the custom kit for my Club last year.

After a bit of internal debate we settled on Castelli and kit supplied was great, plus not much of a premium for it being customIsed.

We are looking at a repeat order this year as the Club has grown in membership and the newbies want matching kit too, will return to Castelli for sure.

Perhaps Rapha should start making mudguards/raceblades and maybe...just maybe...their fanbois will move from A$$ Saver junk to proper mudguards...the brah(s) behind in cheap Endura gear would appreciate that

I'll just dive into the trench...lolz

Ours is Castelli too as we have the UK importer just down the road from us.

Obvious solution to this is to ride faster, then you won't be behind them... wink

Thats very good value. Mind you, I think most of us chose the top of the range stuff ... doesnt seem like great quality either. They moved to Nopinz last year but I didn't buy any more kit so cant comment on the quality and cost.

Which one does your club use?

We sell the Club jersey for about £47 and aero which is the 4.1 aero jersey for £62 I think.

We went with the Team jersey as it was more suited to the average body shape in our Club....

I managed to get the design cost reduced by 50% as we were ordering 50 jerseys split between a black on white and a white on black design.
