Recovery time after 'The Gentleman's Operation'

Hi,

I've booked myself in for a Vasectomy in a few weeks time, just wondering from any real world experience, how long approximately, if at all will I have to take time off the bike? Reading stuff online has suggested anything for a week to 3 months, so if anyone help with real world experience, that would be great.

I had to have 2 procedures, first one didn't work (found out a few weeks later by the scheduled test btw - not through an accident!).

I cycled to the 2nd one, made it easier to get home again than driving myself. So... this means I have the ride there on strava and can see exactly when I got back on a bike.

There was a nine day gap, it was a few years ago, so I can't tell you if I needed all of that time or it was just convenience.
