GPX Strava help

Sorry if I'm being a luddite, but how can I get this onto my Strava https://www.velobirmingham.com/the-route/route-map... I can't get the files onto Strava...

I can't get that to work I'm afraid.

The GPx is corrupt. Use this tool to repair it, then try again - works for me.
