Powerdrive bottom bracket tool.

I have an old mtb frame with a powerdrive bottom bracket and can't find anywhere selling a suitable tool to remove it, the normal square taper or isis ones don't fit as the hole in middle of tool are only 24mm and there is a bit of bottom bracket that's about 25mm diameter that sticks out further than the splines as shown in photo, any ideas welcome as would like to reuse in another frame as have crank arms that match it.
