I am struggling with fork selection as it seems my fork is an odd size. The bike is a Colnago World Cup 2.0.

Top of steerer is 1.12" = 1 1/8 as usual but the lower part, where the race sits is coming up as 1.29" = 1 5/16 (33mm). ID of the lower race is 34mm. Most forks I can find are 1 1/8 to 1 1 1/2.

Am I missing something or do I have an odd size and require a new bike?

Man maths would suggest a new bike.

But check ebay for a replacement first.

It’s advertised as a 1&1/4 bottom 1&1/8 top. I’m sure someone like Hope do a conversion to a straight 1&1/8 steerer.
