Good afternoon gents,

On the hunt for a cycling jacket - nothing too wild, just something water / windproof and reflective as I spend a fair bit of time on the road! Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend the Craft Ventair. Its an excellent piece of kit for keeping you warm dry and not bulky. well worth the money. washes very well too.

I have one of these from Planet X:

I would say it is of as good quality as my Altura Nightvision one, which has had a good few years of winter use. The latest version:

Worth looking in Aldi currently, if they still have them in stock.

These would all be a bit warm and baggy for a racy ride out, but for commuting through the winter they're great.

If it's for commuting then Endura's Humvee is pretty good, and the bright green is very visible. CRC selling for 65% off so I picked one up: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/endura-hummvee-...

It's good but certainly night the most aerodynamic, I wouldn't wear it on a long road ride. Great for a rainy commute or mountain biking though.

I believe Castelli Perfetto long sleeve jacket is the default answer in terms of warmth, wind proofing and being dry.

Not cheap but very effective...
