Can Anyone Identify This Axle?

A couple of years ago my local bike shop rebuilt my CX front wheel with a hope PRO4 hub.

It has a 15mm through axle and he supplied the following mount.




This has broken and the bike shop has gone bust so I cannot get a replacement from him.

No other shop I have visited has seen one of these before. Is it something anyone recognises and would know where I could get one from?

Is it just the end cap that has stripped its thread? You can get it helicoiled easily, much cheaper than a new one.

Thanks Gary. No, the axle has broken off the main assembly so can’t be pulled out. I’ve been having to take out the release bit and rod and then knock the axle through with a hammer and drift. Ok when I’m at home but not a solution if I’m out and about and get a puncture!
