Shimano Shimano BR-R317 adjustment?

Looking at a road bike that has discs, but it used Shimano BR-R317 calipers

They look OK, but there is no barrel adjuster, and road bike controls don't have barrel adjusters

so other that tweaking the calipers with 4 tools you'll need to carry if on a long hard ride, any suggestions ?

You can get in line brake adjusters, but it does look like some BR-R317 calipers come with adjusters already...
