Cheap and nasty custom jerseys

My main riding buddy is also my online PC-gaming buddy - when we are playing online shooters our clan (well, its just the two of us...) is called "Teabaggers", and our logo is a crudely drawn pair of nutz dangling.

We'd quite like some cycling jerseys made up with the team name and the logo on the back - though we're debating replacing the actual depiction of testicles with something a bit more socially acceptable - eg a pair of cherries.

Anyway, im looking for the cheapest and nastiest supplier that would do some - ideally, the cheapest overall price and the smallest MOQ, although if a supplier would do just 2-4 units, we'd be happier paying more per unit and getting something of higher quality.

Im guessing we should be looking to China, but has anyone previously used a particular supplier they could recommend? Roughly how much did you pay for how many units, and any suppliers get shirty about (mildly) offensive images?

BXIO in China will do small runs. Not nasty though, my off the shelf ones are pretty good!
