Louis Garneau vs Altura vs Kalf gloves

What are your thoughts on how Louis Garneau mitts compare to Altura and Kalf gloves?


I see that all three offer mitts that are very reflective (every little helps at night). I've used Louis Garneau mitts in the past and they were good. LG now offers its Air Gel glove in a reflective version, which look promising, but Altura NV2 mitts look decent too. However, is LG a better brand than Altura?


I've never tried Kalf, but the brand's gloves have won a Bikes etc Gold. The goat leather palm looks a lot better than synthetic leather and I think the chevrons look stylish.


What does the PH massif think?

Cant comment on the other 2 but I really like my LG gloves, had them a few years now and they need replacing but they've given sterling service.

Thanks Neil. I've only seen positive reviews of the LG mitts, so these may be the ones to get.
