Looking to get a dropper post in 27.2 with minimum of 100mm travel, anyone got any recommendations? Seems to be a difficult size for choice. Also if anyone has one for sale, please let me know.

Lots about and either very cheap or very pricey. I would take a look at the Gravity Dropper classic. I had one for years and it was faultless, I sold it with the bike a year ago to a mate and its still going strong. The GDC is next on my list for my Onone.

If you have a dealer close by, Cube do a 27.2mm internal routed dropper post for around £160.

I’m also in the market for one, I have a very high saddle which really limits me when it comes to steep technical shenanigans.

I've had a KS Eten 27.2 100mm drop for more than a couple of years now, it's been basically faultless since I got it. I've cleaned it rarely and not really looked after it very well and it still works fine. I had the same question as you and the options were limited. I got it for a decent price at Bike-Discount although no longer available. Looks like it's available on ebay for under £100:

The one I have my eye on is the new USE Helix dropper as they are apparently going to be offering that as a 27.2 with a 165mm drop. It's not available now but later in the year. Price will be a lot more than the KS though.

I have one on my carbon HT, its a basic one with the lever under the nose of the seat. Think I paid £48 for it on eBay.
Couldnt justify £100's as Id just replaced the Command post for a new one on the FS...
