I have a pair of Shimano RP3 shoes and have managed to break the ratchet on the side...

...Anybody know where I can buy a new ratchet? It's only held on by one screw.

Assuming they are newish take them back to your LBS where you of course bought them from and get a warranty repair FOC?

Buy a second hand pair cheap on eBay (assuming the strap is broken!)?

They're a year old and it was accidental damage.

The strap's fine it's the clippy ratchet bit that's broken.

Not a bad idea actually.
