For drying / keeping bike shoes neat, might get a set for the utility as thats where they get dumped to the wifes annoyance at the moment...

I'm not convinced about the "80% faster" bit, but the hanging them sole-to-sole on the snap link idea means you can hang your shoes in dry air, potentially flowing air, which should strip moisture from them faster than leaving them sat on the floor.
I like the idea too. But can't see me getting such a thing unless I suddenly become insanely wealthy and I've run out of important stuff to spend my fortune on. Just not a high enough priority to me really...
As for hanging my shoes up to dry? I've had an idea...

...which involves 80 pence and a trip to Ikea

I'll just hang the shoes by the tongue, the heel, or one of the VELCRO® straps. Or bend a cheap wire coat hanger upwards at the ends. Job done. There are so many easy DIY solutions to this "problem" that I feel this proprietary 'fix' will only really appeal to Rapha addicted types who feel they need to wear their love of all things cycling for all to admire, all of the time.

If I knew there was a market for this I'd have tried harder!*

Shoe Stick by Ben Magee, on Flickr- This cost me nothing, it's mounted in our utility room where we dry all our clothes in the winter and these are my commuting shoes so I like them to be dry for use the next morning! (Or at least warm - not that they get that wet with over-boots) I even re-used an existing hole in the wall. Prior to this I had been hanging them on a suitable coat hanger...
