My New Bike

Just picked this up today.






It is not exactly new, It is the bike I used to race in the 1970's. After being in the loft for nearly 30 years I have had it refurbished.

And here it is in my younger days.

Very nice, it would appear they were built by Woodrup in Leeds for Hugh's Bantel team, Woodrup seem to have a very good reputation

we had a Datsun 120Y for a while but as I have a "Sporty Dad" ours was the coupe.

When I got it out of the loft I traced it back to Woodrups. It has been there for the last few months being refurbished.

Just been out on it - brought back some memories.

That's very nice, like the brifter upgrade with a lug in place of the downtube shifter.
I bet Hugh is on twitter and he'd love a pic of that.
