Cycling Holiday

Would like to take a cycling holiday in September, was thinking Spain, does anyone have any recommendations? Would like somewhere they show you round and can hire you bikes, would like to try something slightly nicer than my own road bike. Would probably be on my own but was thinking roughly a weeks trip. Not quite as professional as some on here but I can cycle over 100miles in one day but just not been doing as much this year as in previous years. Hoping the PH experts can help me out.

Mallorca is lovely in September. I went with the Stephen Roche company based in Palma Nova. They have daily guided rides and a large stock of Pinarello hire bikes. The daily rides are split into groups based on speed/distance so there's always a group to suit you. The routes are great and the ride captains are really friendly.
