PH Jersey spotted at Mountain Mayhem

I was at Gatcombe Park, today helping a friend who was supporting his brother and 2 others on their 24hr Solo Mountain Mayhem attempt. Spotted a PH Jersey going over the "Jump of Doom".
Can't remember if he was solo or not, but this probably won't be seen for a while as they are about to enter night time running.
Whoever it was, good luck for the rest of the event and enjoy the beer at the end!!

Good effort that man, I spent Saturday, up to 17:00 supporting three solo riders. I was stationed by the "Jump of Doom" that was signposted and had dayglo arrows on it.
Even getting a chance to support was inspirational, specialized fatboy pro and 12:12 Torq 2016 (I think that is what it is called) is happening.
Once again good effort, hope you will be back next year...

Solo is a pretty amazing achievement, I honestly don't know how those guys do it, love to say I could go for it but not sure I'm up to it!

king awesome achievement. The lead guy out of the three I supported went straight through and managed 19 laps. I will need to shake his hand when I get to see him again. neenaw said:

Managed 15 laps, rode every single climb every lap, so pleased with that, shouldn't have had as long a sleep as I did, but it's learning, first solo and loved it.
Next stop Bontrager 24:12 for another 24 solo, this time there will be no sleep till the buzzer sounds

I'm going to be at 24:!2 doing my first 24 solo, done a few 12's int he past and decided it was time to step up to the longer one. I'll keep an eye out for you when I'm there, I'll be one of the many in West Drayton MBC kit
Kudos for managing 15 laps on the fatbike, sounds like hard work!

Is a Fatbike that hard to ride? I have a Kona Roast I am sorting out to get back into the swing of things riding wise, but for my semi planned attempt of 12 Torq, hoping to get a Specialized FatBoy pro for this (Divorce present to myself). Yes I'm at 24:12 on the fat bike, you won't miss it, it's bright orange, I'll be in my arrow cycles team strip.
Fat bikes are great to ride, little different but fun, since I've got it, it's been my go to bike, previously is been my singlespeed pace, which is lovely in the right place, also got a giant anthem, which is ok, but just don't kind of gel with it, constantly basing the cranks as the bottom bracket height is moving.
I'm also going to be at Torq in the six hour fat bike class, hopefully see you both at the different events.
