Quick shimano cassette / chain question

I've got a Felt z90 with a 9-speed shimano cassette.
I'm getting a spare wheel so I can keep a separate wheel for the turbo trainer.

Do all Shimano 9-speed cassettes use the same chain width?
One of the ones I was looking at (an HG50) referred to needing a Super Narrow HG chain... is this different to a regular chain?

All shimano 9 speed and sram 9 speed will work just fine.

ETA HG = hyperglide - shimano marketing blurb, Think super-narrow is what they called 9 speed chain - not sure what they call 10 / 11 now!

10 speed is dynasys, not sure what the 11 speed stuff is called

but yes all 9 speed shimano and SRAM stuff is the same spacing, even between road and mountain
